Seth Albin is managing director of ClearPath Capital Advisors, providing M&A advisory, strategic CFO services and private capital solutions to midmarket, founder-led businesses. Focusing on companies generating $25 million to $100 million in revenue and positioned 18 to 24 months from a transition, Seth helps clients achieve optimal outcomes through operations, finance and transaction expertise.

Previously, as co-founder and managing director of Birds Eye Holdings LLC, Seth built an alternative investment portfolio centered on real estate and private equity. He continues as a member of Max Aerostructures LLC, providing strategic guidance in aerospace manufacturing.

Seth brings lived experience from both sides of the table. As CFO and owner of Exacta Aerospace, he drove more than 100% growth before selling the business to a Fortune 500 company. As chief commercial officer at Orizon Aerostructures, he led the strategic carve-out acquisition of a major business unit from a public company.

Seth holds a B.B.A. and an MBA in accounting from Fort Hays State University, graduating summa cum laude. He earned the Elijah Watt Sells Award for ranking in the top 10 nationally on the CPA exam out of more than 103,000 candidates.

Chrissy Barth,, MS, RDN, IFNA-COT, RYT, is an integrative and functional dietitian and founder of Epic Biology, where she helps high-performing adults optimize brain health, metabolic health, performance, and longevity through personalized, evidence-based nutrition.

Her work focuses on brain health and cognitive longevity, executive wellness, metabolic health, performance nutrition, and nutrition support for individuals using GLP-1 medications. She also works with athletes, RED-S, and eating disorders, bringing a comprehensive approach to nutrition across the lifespan.

A former competitive athlete, Chrissy understands firsthand the demands of performance, recovery, and fueling the body well. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Human Nutrition (Dietetics) from Arizona State University.

In addition to her private practice, Chrissy is an Associate Teaching Professor in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University, where she teaches nutrition and health-related courses. She is passionate about education, mentorship, and helping people translate nutrition science into practical strategies for better health and performance.

Chrissy lives in Phoenix and enjoys hiking, yoga, travel, weekend adventures, exploring new restaurants, attending ASU hockey games, and spending time with family and friends.

Isaac Bunney has built a reputation as a lender, leader, and helper focused on  growth companies and  access to capital. As Managing Director of RevTek Capital, he specializes in providing senior secured debt solutions to lower middle-market SaaS, PaaS, IoT, MSP, and other technology-enabled businesses. RevTek partners with founders and investors by delivering less-dilutive growth capital that preserves ownership while supporting long-term value creation.

Before RevTek, Isaac led the Southwest expansion and go-to-market efforts for regional commercial banks. In 2011, he founded Wiser Banking, an ambitious effort to use technology to connect companies seeking financing with a broad network of capital providers. While the venture ultimately fell short, the experience gave him firsthand insight into the challenges founders face when turning bold ideas into successful businesses, shaping the empathy and practical perspective he brings to every relationship.

Isaac has also been an active leader in Arizona’s business community. He joined the Shea Group in 2015, served as Vice Chairman in 2019, and was Chairman in 2020 and 2021 while contributing on numerous committees.

A native Arizonan raised in the copper-mining town of Miami, AZ, Isaac values hard work, resilience, and community. Outside the office, he enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams and exploring new adventures with his wife, Amanda, and their family.

With over 30 years of experience in communications for technology companies, Linda worked for global corporations including Motorola and Intel and global agencies Brodeur Partners and LVA Communications. In these roles, she developed expertise in providing marketing, public relations and executive communications counsel to client CEOs and executives in the U.S., Europe and Asia. 

In 2010, she founded the communications consultancy TechTHiNQ, where she acted in a strategy and management role and later sold it to Brodeur Partners. 

Linda holds a master’s of arts in mass communications from Arizona State University’s (ASU’s) prestigious Walter Cronkite School, a bachelor’s of science in business administration from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business, and an associate’s in electronic engineering from Columbus Technical Institute. She joined the Shea Group in 2019 and served as the group’s chair for three consecutive years.  Linda is a champion of diversity and women’s rights, loves to travel and spend time in nature.

Gabriel Gasca is an SBA Commercial Loan Officer with Midwest Regional Bank, where he specializes in helping small and medium sized businesses access growth capital through the SBA 7(a) loan program. His expertise includes financing for commercial real estate acquisitions, business expansion and acquisition, equipment, inventory, franchises, and working capital.

With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and 5+ years in SBA and commercial lending, Gabriel brings a practical, real-world perspective to business financing. Having built and operated businesses himself, he understands the challenges business owners face and is known for his relationship-first approach and disciplined credit mindset that has helped numerous small and medium-sized businesses secure the capital needed to grow, scale, and succeed.

Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is recognized for his personalized approach, integrity, and commitment to long-term client success. He is passionate about financial education and regularly teaches the 5 C’s of Credit to help business owners become more bankable and better prepared for sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Gabriel enjoys baseball, wine and BBQing for family and friends.

Bill Goodwin, founder and CEO of both Growth Optimized and Complete.CEO, has a 25+ year track record of taking businesses to the next level, from starting companies to turning around underperforming ones. Prior to his current endeavors, Bill successfully scaled multiple companies, including scaling and selling a national telemedicine company to Walmart in 2021.  Bill has served as a valued member of the Shea Group since 2018 and previously has been both chair and vice-chair.

Bill holds an MBA in global business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in marketing from Colorado State University.

Outside of work, Bill mentors entrepreneurs and leadership teams in the Phoenix ecosystem and speaks to companies and technology groups on culture and employee engagement.  In addition, he enjoys spending time with his family and being active outside whenever possible.

Ron Higgs is the founder and principal of Wolf Management Solutions, where he serves as an executive coach, mentor and strategic business advisor to engineers and technical professionals. He helps technical experts successfully transition into people management and executive roles and technical professionals transition confidently from corporate roles to self-employment.

Ron began his career in the U.S. Navy as a naval flight officer and aerospace engineering duty officer, leading teams and managing complex technical programs. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, he was selected as a Navy mission specialist astronaut candidate for NASA consideration. He later held senior leadership roles in engineering, program management and operations at startups, midsize companies and larger organizations, including The Boeing Company.

Ron holds an M.S. in systems engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. in mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy. He serves on the board of the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps and served on the board of the King County Library System. He enjoys time with his wife, Gina, family and friends; travel; mountain biking; snowboarding; and discovering craft beer, wine and great food.

Jeffrey Jennings is a nationally recognized corporate executive and consultant with a proven track record of leading the design and execution of enterprise ESG and sustainability strategies, focusing heavily on responsible sourcing, human rights and ethical supply chains. His career spans various industries including retail, mining, energy and information technology.

Among his accolades, Jeffrey was named to the GreenBiz “30 Under 30” list for leadership in the sustainability field. He also participated as an emerging sustainability leader in the Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership program through the Harvard Center for Health and the Global Environment.

In academia, Jeffrey is an adjunct sustainability instructor at Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. He earned a Master of Science in science and technology policy from the School for the Future of Innovation in Society and a bachelor’s degree in sustainability from the School of Sustainability, both at Arizona State University (ASU). Jeffrey also serves on the boards of Stardust Building Supplies, Freedom United and the ASU College of Global Futures Alumni Association.

Founder of Lloyd Media Group, a full-service video production company, Stacy Lloyd delights in helping organizations bring their stories to life. Known as the video whisperer, she has spent 20 years helping clients distinguish themselves through compelling narratives. Stacy joined the Shea Group in 2023.

Before founding Lloyd Media Group, Stacy served as vice president of media relations at The Hawthorn Group in Alexandria, Virginia. She spent more than 15 years in television news as a reporter and producer, joining the Fox News Channel’s Washington bureau and covering the Iraq War, the Sept. 11 attacks, the Space Shuttle Columbia tragedy and the 2002 Winter Olympics, among other major stories. She also worked in newsrooms in Tucson, Phoenix, San Francisco and Topeka, Kansas.

A native of Phoenix, Stacy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Arizona and serves as a steward for the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy.

Carl V. Nablo is managing partner of Ascendency Global, a firm engaged with domestic and international entities in strategic and tactical business consulting. He also serves on multiple boards, assisting with finance, sales, marketing and business development.

A founding member of the Shea Group, Carl has helped shape the organization’s strategic direction since 2005. He was lead mentor at the ASU EIG Group and Arizona Furnace, and his work has taken him to King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia, where he mentored startup accelerator programs.

Carl co-founded the MAC6 Manufacturing, Innovation and Technology Center in Tempe, Arizona, leading to his membership on the White House Business Council and Economic Forum. He has extensive senior leadership experience, having led global organizations as CEO, president and COO.

Carl and his wife, Barbara, live in north Scottsdale. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University, where he played Division I baseball.

Will Neitzke is founder of Next Delta, a consulting firm that helps small and midsize businesses grow. He has an extensive background in turnarounds and startups, with credentials including MBA, CPA, CIA and CTP, specializing in financial modeling and business dashboards.

A longtime member of the Shea Group, Will has served as treasurer and regularly volunteers for numerous committees.

Will’s diverse C-level career has given him expertise in sales, marketing, finance and operations. He has more than 30 years of experience managing distressed businesses, was a principal at Philip + Company for 10 years, and has served as president, COO and CFO for manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce and retail companies.

In more than 50 turnaround or employee positions, Will has held roles including president, COO, CFO, CTO and court-appointed trustee, working with public and private companies ranging from startups to 100-year-old brands. He also helped a local college develop nearly 50 courses for small-business owners.

Martijn Pierik is a Senior Vice President and Partner at Bodewell Group (formerly Southwest Strategies Group), where he brings nearly 30 years of experience in public relations, journalism and marketing to support the firm’s growing technology and innovation practice. Based in Phoenix, he provides high-level strategic counsel to the agency’s technology clients and supports business development efforts to drive agency and client growth.

Martijn co-founded Kiterocket (formerly Impress Labs), acquired by Bodewell Group. Under his leadership, the firm built a strong reputation in semiconductor and emerging technology communications. Earlier in his career, Martijn served as managing partner at Mathews & Clark Communications, Silicon Valley’s original tech PR firm.

Throughout his career, Martijn has advised global technology companies, supported startups through funding and growth stages and helped position clients for acquisitions and IPOs. He holds degrees in International Business Management and Marketing from Hanze Polytechnic University in the Netherlands and Northern Arizona University.

Allen Plunkett is an entrepreneur and leader in Arizona’s technology and business community. He founded Phoenix Staff in 2002 and has spent more than two decades building the firm from its Arizona roots into a recruiting and staffing organization supporting clients and professionals across the country.

Allen is also the founder and host of the Phoenix Leadership Breakfast, which he launched in 2003 to bring technology and business leaders together for candid conversations about leadership, innovation and issues affecting organizations. Phoenix Staff’s recruiting team specializes in technology, while Allen also leads senior executive searches across a range of functions, partnering with organizations from emerging companies to large enterprises to identify key leaders who can help move their businesses forward.

Community involvement and mentoring have been an important part of Allen’s life. After serving on the New Pathways for Youth board, Allen recently transitioned to emeritus board status. He also serves on the boards of Foster Angels of Central Texas and Nevada Child Seekers.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys reading, writing, boxing and traveling with his wife, Angelica. He is also a proud father to his son, Kenny, who serves in the U.S. Air Force and is currently stationed in England.

From his start as an organizational development intern 20 years ago to his current role as president of SOLVE, Merle Riepe draws on two decades of experience to focus on outcomes and analytics in selection, leadership development and employee engagement.

Merle is a longtime member of the Shea Group and has taken on leadership roles on several committees and boards, including membership. He enjoys coaching C-suite executives and emerging leaders through career transitions.

In 2015, Merle and his team launched HireForward®, proprietary assessment software that customizes hiring profiles by job role and company culture. In 2014, they introduced EngagementForward®, action-planning software that helps managers raise employee engagement through leadership accountability.

Merle maintains membership in the Society of Consulting Psychology and lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he enjoys coaching high school girls basketball.

Joan Saunders is a seasoned former executive with expertise in all aspects of the auto warranty insurance business, from sales to operations to IT. A longtime member of the Shea Group, having first joined in 2015, she is instrumental in helping the organization with its IT requirements.

While serving as CEO of CNA National Warranty, Joan delivered three consecutive years of record-setting profits. She then served as interim CEO of private equity-owned GWC, focusing on improving cash flow and retraining the sales force. Joan was also COO of SilverRock, a startup affiliate of DriveTime Used Cars, and Door Works, implementing software solutions at both companies.

Joan holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in science, both from Arizona State University, where she mentors the full-time MBA program. She enjoys skiing in Colorado and hiking in the Arizona desert.

Rick Stoddard is an executive with more than 40 years of business experience as an entrepreneur, founder, business leader, seminar leader, mentor and trusted adviser. He has a history of successfully working with technology, software and manufacturing companies ranging from enterprise organizations to startups.

A servant leader, Rick draws on his experience in the corporate and startup worlds to help others realize their dreams. A resident of Arizona for more than 30 years, he has a passion for innovation and quality job creation in the Southwest and has built an extensive network of professionals who share his vision for the region.

One of Rick’s greatest joys has been taking adventurous road trips with his wife, Vickie.

Charlie Tombazian joined the Shea Group in 2007 and was instrumental in shaping the organization’s foundation. Today, Charlie lives in Boulder, Colorado, as an alumni member of the group, helping companies grow through differentiation. His passion is working with universities in sustainability curriculum development, leveraging two powerful documentaries.  He also provides consulting and coaching services in customer experience improvement, strategic planning, and leadership development. 

Before consulting, Charlie spent nine years as director of Global Strategic Planning and VP, Voice of the Customer Office for Avnet Inc.’s $8 billion technology solutions business, and 12 years with The Acacia Group, a diversified financial services company.

A frequent speaker for business groups, Charlie is a past adjunct faculty member at Grand Canyon University and University of Phoenix. He was engaged by Western Governors University to develop an MBA curriculum based on his expertise. He holds a BA in philosophy and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder. 

After a successful career with multiple dynamic, rapid-growth high-tech companies, Kathy Trontell now divides her professional efforts between business consulting and donating her expertise to nonprofit organizations. In Arizona, Kathy was senior vice president and chief information officer at Taser/Axon. In California, she held senior leadership roles at Tesla Motors, Salesforce, Symantec, NetApp and Sun Microsystems, among others.

Kathy is a passionate sustainability advocate, serving on the board of Stardust Nonprofit Building Supplies as past chair and co-founding the Valley of the Sun Deconstruction/Reuse Work Group. She previously served eight years on the Environmental Planning Commission for Mountain View, California.

Kathy holds a combined degree in architecture and mechanical engineering from Princeton University and an ASU professional certificate in sustainability strategy. She has been a member of the Shea Group since 2018.

Diana Vowels is a community builder, investor and founder with a passion for driving the tech ecosystem forward in Phoenix. She is co-founder of Pet Ortho Braces, an innovator in the pet rehabilitation market.

Diana joined the Shea Group in 2012 and has used her talents and connections to serve the greater good of the organization.

She previously served as CEO of StartupAZ, an organization created to catalyze Arizona’s technology and innovation ecosystem, and as vice president of community and general manager of Galvanize, where she led the launch of its software engineering and data science boot camps. She currently serves on the board of Charter 100.

Diana is a graduate of the University of Missouri and lives in Scottsdale with her husband and two daughters.

Brigitta Wiegand’s career began at a Midwest financial company, long before she had language for what she was building. When that company was acquired into a larger organization’s continued growth, Brigitta stayed close to the center of it, moving from function into leadership while learning, firsthand, how businesses absorb change. Over 20+ years she was repeatedly entrusted with making newly combined teams work as one, leading the redesign of a centralized delivery team that unified multiple acquired businesses and drove tens of millions in annual services revenue.

That vantage point, gained from standing inside repeated transformations, led Brigitta to found Solance. Today she works directly with growth-stage CEOs, helping them see the fuller picture of what’s happening in their business, often the parts hardest to see up close.

Brigitta has mentored with the Arizona Commerce Authority and partnered with Help Now AZ to break the cycle of young adult homelessness through career advancement. She continues to volunteer with Chip In For A Cure, supporting its annual Pink Ribbon Charity Golf Event for Breast Cancer Research Foundation. She lives in Cave Creek, Arizona, and is always looking for new ways to bring business and golf together meaningfully.
